CS Breakfast on Epcot Day?

Due to such cold weather on our AK day I think we'll use my Landry card for Y&Y or RFC at lunch, freeing up a CS credit. Is there a good place to use this for breakfast on our Epcot day? We'll be having breakfast at Mara one day but I'd just as soon mix it up a bit and not eat there both days. We could also do the breakfast off-resort on our Hollywood Studios day if better options are available there.

I enjoy breakfast at Sunshine Seasons in The Land. I know that the bakery in France is open for breakfast also, but I have never tried it.

I don't think Su shine Seasons is open for breakfast during the Soarin' closure. I'm going to try to do the 3 snacks for 1 QS swap at Starbucks.

Yes, Sunshine Seasons is no longer open early due to Soarin' being closed; they are now 11-7 hours.

I believe that leaves your Epcot breakfast option as Boulangerie (pastry-oriented) or Starbucks.

If you aren't rope dropping, there's always Boardwalk Bakery.

We love Boulangerie, but tend to go with more of the snack options. You could use a counter service for 3 snacks (3 pastries), then another counter service for 3 snacks (drinks) at starbucks. Not sure how many people are you in party and if this works out number-wise.
At Boulangerie, I highly recommend the fromage lardon pastry. It is like a cinnamon roll, but instead of sweet, it is savory, with cheese and bacon. It's truly amazing.

Breakfast options aren't great at MGM or Epcot, now that Sunshine Seasons isn't open for breakfast. If you are staying at AKL Boma is a good choice. Otherwise if you're looking to keep it to counter service the bakery in france is your best bet
