Have never been to HS early enough for breakfast...is there a CS where we can eat or should we just eat at the resort?

abc commissary does breakfast. also you can get some from the bakery place but that is more for just a danish and coffee.

Fairfax Fare has a breakfast sandwich and limited bakery stuff and yougurt in the morning. The sandwich is like an Egg McMuffin. I think they serve breakfast until 10:30 AM.

We hit Starring Rolls at DHS last trip for a light breakfast using some SC.:goodvibes They have a lot of pastry choices. I really enjoyed the banana split (not a true one-no ice cream but really good.) DD11 enjoyed her brownie choice. The eclair looked better than it tasted. :confused3

They also serve coffee drinks there.

Starring rolls for CS breakfast - also Writer's Stop has real coffee . . . but I've not had any of its breakfast pastries.

we find it easier to eat at the resort before we leave for the park when looking at quick/counter service. there are usually more options, especially when you're talking about dhs. the pastries are pretty much the same as you'll get at any other venue. plus while everyone else is getting in line for breakfast at dhs, you can be in line for a ride or getting a fast pass for a busy ride :cool1:

That's pretty much what we did. We ate breakfast in the room most days (cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, etc. ) and rode a few rides when we first arrived. Then we had the goodies for a mid-morning snack. :goodvibes

Two trips ago I headed over to DHS in the morning, grabbed a FP for Toy Story Mania and then too a stroll over to the Writer's Stop. I had a delicious coffee (which was great after a week of the usual Disney stuff) and a yummy Cinnamon bun. I grabbed a seat by the window and watched people start to make their way down the Streets of America. It was a great way to start my day at DHS! I will definitely do it again.

I'm pretty sure they don't have breakfast at ABC Commissary anymore, unless they start it up again when it gets hot so guests can eat indoors. The breakfast spots that are usually open are Starring Rolls and Fairfax Fare.
