CS breakfast in Epcot before park opening

So there is a CS option in Epcot that is open before park opening times? Can anyone elaborate on what is offered? Must you enter through the World Showcase entry? Worth it?

No. No CS opens before rope drop. To be in before rope drop requires ADR. The only CS at WDW that takes ADRs is Be Our Guest at MK for B/L.

Only PPO ADRs at Epcot is Akershus and Garden Grill. Sunshine Seasons serves breakfast after rope drop.

Les Halles, the bakery in France, also opens at 9 am.

Kringla doesn't open until 11.

I think there may be some confusion. There is no counter service available prior to Future World opening. However, once Future World is open, Les Halles in France is open starting at 9 but the rest of the World Showcase (other than Askershus in Norway) is closed off.
