Good Morning, 
I spent a few minutes this morning, trying to make a reservation
to the Crystal Palace. I was able to get the time I wanted, however,
the site wouldn't take my credit card number. I then called Disney's
dining for the reservation and I spoke with Laura Joy and within
a few moments she had my request made and I had my confirmation
number. She also was able to make a reservation for my DGS's pirate
league experience. It took a few minutes to do this as the computer was
very slow and so she had to go another route... I was off the
phone with both reservations within a 1/2 hour...She truly spread pixie dust
on me.
When she answered the phone she said" How may I sprinkle fairy
dust on you, and all I can say, it was a magical experience....
