i know the crystal palace is closing for renos after New Years, but when does it re-open?
if i remember correctly, the character meal will be moved to Liberty Town???

thanks

I believe the reopening date is February 15. From January 3 through February 14 the Liberty Tree Tavern will host three character meals a day.

Hope that it does re-open on feb 15th we have booked lunch for feb16th and we were not informed of a venue change.

We love this and pooh is my favourite!!

Thanks again for fantastic advice

I think when it is moved to LTT, it will be the characters from when LTT did them though, not Pooh characters from CP. *I think* :) If that matters to you ...

The current reports from WDW-DINE (from posters who asked) is that the characters will be the ones that previously appeared at Liberty Tree - Minnie, Goofy, and Chip & Dale. I hardly ever consider WDW-DINE a reliable source of information on anything other than making reservations, so they could be wrong. But if they're not, those wanting a Pooh fix might like to know that Pooh and Tigger appear at breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. You can also meet Pooh and Tigger at the UK Pavilion in Epcot. I am pretty sure there is a Pooh character greeting area at Animal Kingdom also.

I hope there arent too many changes, our family really enjoys Crystal Palace. Hopefully there will be updates soon.

Here is a question I have. how come CP does refurbs pretty often & Chef Mickey I never hear of shut down for refrub?

Kae
