My girls are not huge fans of Tigger and Pooh and friends. We have several character meals planned (Chef Mickey, 1900 park Fair dinner, Akerhaus) and I'm wondering if we should do Crystal Palace even though they aren't huge Pooh fans. Is the food worth going there? And if so for bkfst or lunch? (I don't think i want to spend the money on dinner there unless you say it's to die for!) We already have lots of buffets planned since we have 2 picky little ones. (In addition to the above we plan on Cape May Cafe Clam Bake, Biergarten lunch, Kona dinner and Ohana dinner) Think it's ok to skip Crystal Palace or will I regret it? (-:

THANKS!

I am not a big fan of Pooh either but I do like it here very much. Breakfast & Dinner are very good .

We love CP, I would say go even if you aren't big Pooh fans. The food and service are worth it. I wouldn't say it's to die for, but we enjoyed the food here the most out of all the buffets we've done.

The breakfast there is 100% better than 1900 PF...plus Pooh and Tigger are at both.

To get an 8am ressie at CP is a perfect way to start a day

It's not a trip if we don't go to CP for breakfast and have that Pooh Puffed Toast!!!!!! It's our favorite part of the trip! I'd highly recommend going there for breakfast.

I love CP for the atmosphere. I think its so pretty in there. And there is always something to be said for eating iside the park. If you can score an early breakfast ADR its very cool to go in, stand in front of the castle for a picture without a bunch of ohter people in it and then go to your meal. I think the food is very good, I have eaten all three meals. I also really like their lunch, its cheaper than dinner and a nice midday break.

I like the food but do have to say, the buffets at WDW all tend to be very similar. So if you have a bunch already, and Pooh isn't your thing, this one may not be the best use of your time and money.

If you have a picky eater and need a lunch inside the MK, think about the Plaza. Very good sandwiches, burgers and wonderful desserts. Its also a nice atmosphere and several times we have gotten a table by the window with a lovely view of the castle. It would be cheaper than a buffet as well. Just a thought.

The food is not bad, but the main reason to go is the interation with the characters. Skip it if you don't like Pooh..... I personally do, but different strokes......

I would vote to give up 1900 park fare the last time I ate there the food was terrible I ended up eating off of the kids buffet and had pbj to find some thing I like, food much better at cp

DS8 and DD5 aren't big Pooh and friends fans, yet they always love seeing them at CP anyhow. And all 4 of us think it is one of the best breakfasts, esp for the price! It's one of our must-do's most times.
