Crystal Palace for early breakfast or do u think its worth it to sit down and eat in the middle of the day?

Depends on how you tour.

Some don't want to take any time off from touring so they don't want a sit down meal in the middle of the day.

Some want that break during the day to get into some air conditioning or to recharge or whatever.

I made and 8:30am breakfast reservation...aside from the fact I think breakfast buffets are usually better than lunch or dinner - it think it's neat to be able to get into MK before it opens. I will be nice to walk down an empty main street and maye get some nice pictures. Then we're already in the park to start our day!

I would rather go for the 8:05 breakfast

We try to get in as many rides as possible in the early morning (when the crowds are thinner and the sun is lower), then enjoy a nice, air-conditioned break around lunchtime. If you prefer the breakfast buffet, you can make an ADR for last seating. Especially on a day when the MK opens early, you may be ready for a break in the late morning.

It just depends on how you want to tour the parks, really.
