Crystal Palace time??

I had been trying to book an ADR at CP for after 4 due to MVMCP and not getting into the park until 4 and was able to get 4:40.

Does anyone know if we will be charged for lunch or dinner at that time (we aren't on a DDP)? I keep seeing different sites saying that dinner starts at 4, 4:30, or 5. I thought about calling but depending on who you get and how long you are on hold for they may or may not know so I thought I'd take this to the Dis Experts!!
