Crystal Palace Rehab

Has anyone heard if the rehab will be completed earlier then planned? Will be bringing our grand children down on the 7th of December and was hoping for early completion of the rehab.

I'd be interested in the replay to this too, since I wasnt' sure when it was supposed to be completed. We're going down in late January and things just won't be the same without the Crystal Palace.

When we were there last week it still looked a long way from opening. It looked a bit like the Haunted Mansion. Disney has a way of surprising us though. I missed having breakfast there this time.

I'm not exactly sure when the CP is reopening, but....I am going to be in WDW from 12/19 thru 12/22, and I called to make a PS reservation for the Pooh lunch at Tony's since it was being held there while CP was closed, the Disney Dining CM told me that they were making PSs for the CP again for the date I wanted, which I was ecstatic about since CP was my first choice anyway. Never been, but I've heard great things about it!!!!! We've actually changed the PS to a 5:25 dinner on the 19th right before the MVMCP!!!

I'm pretty sure it is supposed to re-open on Dec. 15th, and I wouldn't count on it being open any earlier than planned. We have a lunch ps at Tony's for Dec. 17th and we were told it would be a regular lunch - no Pooh characters - which is what we wanted anyway.

I called earlier this evening (11/10) and the CM said they haven't been notified when it will re-open. My wife called later this evening and made a PS for dinner on 12/27.

We are hoping for the Crystal Palace to open on-time (12/15?), or earlier. We will be in the World from 12/8 - 12/17 & breakfast at the Crystal Palace has always been our favorite. Hoping to maybe have a chance at breakfast there before we depart!
