Crystal Palace Refurb Dates?

When will the Crystal Palace have Character meals again? When is the refurb scheduled to end?
 
The refurbishing is due to be over Dec. 15th, not sure when the meals will start, hopefully that day or shortly after. I would like to have breakfast there during our stay.
