This is my first time to Disney World and am finding this a bit nerve wrecking! Anyway, the earliest reservation for Crystal Palace is 9am. Will I still be able to enter the park early, if so how early will I be allowed to enter? Thanks!

There will be an area that is clearly marked as ADR entrance. You will go to the person there an let them know you have a reservation. They have a list and will look you up and let you in the park. You can get in 15-20 minutes before your reservation. Make sure you arrive early enough to make it though security and bag check.

The first ADR at CP is usually at 8 or 8:05 am.

But to get in, as pp stated there will be a designated entrance for those with ADRs.

There's a separate entrance you'll enter. On the last two times, it's been on the left. In all of our early morning reservation times at Magic Kingdom, we've never had anyone check our reservation time. We've arrived around 20 minutes ahead of time and had no trouble getting in.

If you stay onsite do you get to enter the park earlier than someone staying off site?

How do you get the count down on your comments? Sorry for all the questions (New Kid on the Block):confused3

How long does this take? My CP reservation is for 8:20. I should arrive at 8:00? Or do I need to add in additional time for security and bag check? I've never been to WDW, so I have absolutely no idea. :confused3

I think we'll be taking a Disney bus to MK (we'll have our car so we're planning to drive to the other parks), and we are staying at AoA. I'm not sure how early the buses run, but what time should I plan on getting to the bus stop?

I'm not sure what time the buses start running for MK if its not an EMH morning. We typically drive. The bus to MK is nice because you can bypass the TTC and get right to the front gates but I'm not sure the buses will be running early enough to get you there in time to get to CP a few minutes before your ADR time. If you drive at least you know you can get yourself to the TTC extra early and give yourself enough time to get over the MK. Unless it's an EMH morning bag check shouldn't be too crowded yet if your ADR is at 8:20. Plan to be at the MK gates (not TTC) by 8:00 and you should be fine.

Hopefully someone knows what time the buses start to run.

same thing last October. We had 8:20AM ADR for CP, we went to the separate entrance and there was no on there to check for our ADR. Anyone could have walked in and down Main Street.

I would plan on being at the bus stop no later than 7am. That should give you time to get from AoA to MK in plenty of time to enter the park at 8am. We had 8:05 reservations at CP last year, and the 7am bus from AoA was just right. I don't think they let people into the park before 8 (at least not that day), regardless of your adr time.
