Crystal Palace Invite?

Aww i just read through all the pages of Pats designs and they are awesome! I did find several invitations she did to different character dinners and some I think she left blank to fill in, however, I have not been able to find the Winnie the Pooh for the Cyrstal Palace invite. Do any of your DISigners have one of your own you can personalize for me? :
I am wanting to slip them into my sons goody bags that will be waiting for me when we arrive.
