Crystal Palace Breakfast

we went there back in december and liked it. they had a lot of things to choose from and it was all pretty good...especially the crepe station!! the characters were a little slow to come around and my kids got a little antsy but other than that it was good. i would definately go back again.

This is one of our favorite meals at Disney (character or not). I will say thought that it's a different experience for us if we go really early vs later in the morning, it seems calmer the earlier you can get in if that makes sense.
We love the food - absolutely pig out on the Bfast Lasagna and the fruit.

We didn't have great character interaction this last time, but we were there later in the morning and it was swamped so that might be the issue.

Have fun!

This is one of our must-do's each and every trip. We love the food especially the breakfast lasagne. It's absolutely wonderful!!! We have a PS for June 6th and I can hardly wait.

We LOVE this place for breakfast. They have almost anything you can think of. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast at CP is a must-do for us too! DD loves the characters and DH and I enjoy the food! Yummy!!

The breakfast at the Crystal Palace is my favorite. I like to get a 8:05 am priority seating, that way you're able to enter the Magic Kingdom before the public does.

The characters are the breakfast include Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger. Service is fantastic and the food is delicious.

The food items include: Pooh and Piglet waffles, pancakes, pizza, bagels and cream cheese, strawberries w/ whip cream, melon, grapes, bananas, peanut butter, jellies, cheesy has browns, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, breakfast lasagna, made to order omelets, made to order pancakes (they'll even make Mickey pancakes for you!), walnut coffee cake, raspberry coffee cake, cereals, sausage, bacon.

I have to agree with everyone else that the food is good and my family always seem to have a good time. In fact I just made our PS for CP in June for 8:30. It is magicial to walk in the park with not many people. It is like having the park to yourself. I think I am looking forward to that the most of our upcoming trip.. :earsgirl:

We did this for the first time in Feb., and we loved it! We're doing it again in May. Great food, great service, and great character interaction!! And we do the first PS at 8:05am (on a NON-EMH morning), so we're in the park even before it's open! :sunny:

Yes, it is very good and fun too.

Breakfast at CP is a must-do for us!! The day I needed to make my PS my cell service went whacko and by the time I finally got a signal all the early PS's were gone :sad2: I settled for a later PS (10:30) I hope it's not too nutso at that time.

I got a PS today for 9:15am on the 14th June (it's a Tuesday and I dont think an EMH morning). Do you guys know if we will be able to enter the park before the main gates open, which im guessing will be 9? I wouldn't mind doing this just to stand around for a bit when we get to the restaurant. Just wondered if anybody has any info on this?

Thanks, Rich :)

This is my CP experience, just last Sept.

We had 10:10 PS time, showed up at 9:40, were seated at 11:10. 80% of the buffet was already closed. What was left was scraps and tasted awful. The service was exteremly rotten, and I'm a forgiving person of servers having waited tables. We were packed in the place so tightly, we were practically sitting on the laps of the people next to us. We never saw Pooh. Eeyor and tigger cruised by with a 10 second stop (not exaggerating). When we complained we got "OK, can you pay the bill now?" --and this was to the manager!!

I'd much rather do dinner at LTT.

In July 2003 we had BF at the CP. My then 10 year old son was chosen to be chef for the day(or morning) He got to decorate a mickey pancake with Tigger eeyore and piglet. Hes almost 13 and he still talks about all the antics that went on with the characters and how Tigger made him mess up when he grabbed the whip cream container and squirted it all over the plate. Mimimom

We love the CP breakfast. We have done this 3 times and enjoyed it every time. The first time I followed advice on these boards and went early. The next 2 times we had a 10:25 PS. This worked much better for us. It works out as an early lunch and we are set until evening. The place really clears out and we have had fantastic character interaction! They do take up one side of the buffet around 11:00 to start getting ready for lunch, but the breakfast food was still good and plentiful. Hope you enjoy!
