What does "Traditional fare with American flair and a variety of selections to tempt every taste" mean?

We just made our reservations for WDW. How hard is it going to be to get reservations for July 14th through the 18th?

We like to eat around 9am, 2pm, and 7pm.

BOOK as soon as you can the 180 mark or the extra 10 days and you should be fine!
GOOD LUCK!

OOPS forgot to add, they have meats, pasta salads, cold shrimp, a lot of yummy, though I found salty food, a kids station, mac and cheese, nuggets fries, etc and then a dessert station with MANY yummy foods, ENJOY!
Pooh and tigger and roo all come to each table. LIBERTY TREE tavern is also great at MK.

Breakfast they have waffles (with Tigger and Pooh faces), puffed french toast (delicious!), scrambled eggs, potatos, bacon, sausage, grits, oatmeal, dry cereal, made to order omelet, fruit, etc. If you are going this July, make your reservations NOW! We have never done lunch or dinner, but breakfast is a MUST DO for us every year.

We don't like CP, think the food is subpar (even for Disney). But we are trying it for breakfast this trip. If breakfast is yucky then it is totally in the never again list.

They used to have something called "Breakfast Lasagna" -- do they still have it? I loved it.

It's like trifle, with cream and fruit and cake melded together.

Mmmmm.

Disagree with PP - CP has best buffet food at WDW that we've had, though I can't speak for breakfast. You definitely will want a reservation though, this is a very popular location. Just remember, it costs nothing to make an ADR.

Breakfast at CP is one of our favorite meals at WDW!! I would call as soon as possible to see what date/time you can get.

If the past 16 years, we have done all 3 meals (b, l & d) at CP. Always great! The salmon is wonderful! The puffed french toast, yummo! It is on our list to do in Sept.

I agree with many posters. CP is very good especially breakfast. Dinner has different flavors than the traditional southern cooking we are used to. BUT we still like it. I can't speak for Lunch. It has been forever since we have had lunch there.

Another one here who can speak about the wonderful breakfast. Great food every time I've been, always hot and fresh. Great variety.

And I'll add this: there's lots of it! If you stick by your dining schedule, and choose to have breakfast here around 9 AM, you won't be very hungry come 2 PM. When we eat breakfast here, we have a very light snack for lunch in the middle of the afternoon, and then have a late dinner.

I would definitely try breakfast. It's also about the most affordable character meal you can find.

I have to agree, CP is my favorite place for breakfast. We've had dinner there as well, and it was very good, but breakfast is #1.:cheer2:
