We visited DL back in February and had a fantastic time. It was my DD's (5) first trip and I bought her an engraved Ariel and Jasmine glass cups from Crystal Arts Store which she loves. Unfortunately, she broke one today and I was hoping to be able to purchase another one via phone/email, but don't see any information if I'm able to do it without going back to DL.

Any information is greatly appreciated!

'Is there a piece of merchandise in the park that you wish you would have picked up? Well simply give Disneyland DelivEARS a call, they will help you locate that item and allow you to purchase it and have it sent right to your doorstep.'


If not, there is a Facebook page called Personal Disneyland Shopper that you would be able to get it through. The woman who runs it visits the parks regularly and is able to buy and send you merchandise for a small fee. I've just placed an order with her, and while it hasn't arrived yet, she is very good to deal with!

The Crystal Arts store is not Disney owned (I think it is owned by Arribas Bros.), which means that some things may work differently there. Just in case the above suggestions don't pan out, try Mouseshoppe.com or Charming Shoppe. They should be able to help you.

The DisneyStore.com also carries a few of the Arribas Brothers glasses. I only saw one for Ariel and none for Jasmine.

Careful though. I noticed they only seem to have WDW ones at disneystore online.

Yeah, it looks like the ones say "Walt Disney World" on them. I noticed that DisneyStore.com tends to lean more towards WDW merchandise, but if it was only the princess picture that mattered, then it's an option.

So far, I've emailed DelivEARS on Sunday night and also left a message today without any response. Does anyone know what the turnaround response time is? Also, is there a fee?
