Crutchfield and coupons

I found some coupon codes online and have been trying to plug them into Crutchfields website (trying to get some Xmas shopping done early) and they're not working.

Has anyone used Crutchfield's website? I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, or if the codes are just a bust.
