Crunchy tacos at WDW?

DH would like to know if there is a place that serves CRUNCHY tacos, not just soft tacos. I've checked the menu for Mexico's counter service, but can't seem to locate anything other than the "ensalada mexicana" which I'm guessing might be more of a large tortilla bowl with the salad inside?

Anyone, crunchy tacos?

El Pirata y el Perico is open seasonally and they have crunchy tacos and a fixings bar. This is our favorite counter service along with CHH in MK.

That would be perfect, though my guess is that it may not be open in January if it's seasonal. Bummer... darn picky husband who doesn't like soft tacos or burritos

My son loves tacos too. I know Pecos Bills has taco salads with the hard shell, but I can't remember if they had actual tacos there. If anyone knows, thats great!!
