Crunching some numbers- DVC rocks!!

It's a deal for us, that is for sure. We are a family of six who only stays deluxe, so those numbers add up fast, we either have to get a dvc room through a cash ressie, rent points, or we have to stay in a pricey suite or deluxe room at BWI, even with a 30 % discount and dues, within 7 years it will have more then paid for itself. As far as lost opportunity, that was also an opportunity to loose it all, lol!
