Cruising with baby

Ok, so IF we can get the 2008 booked I will have a 7 year old but also an 18 month old going with us. I know the 7 year old can go to the appropriate age group activities but what do they have for the babies? Is there baby sitting/child care? If so is it an extra cost? Not sure if bringing the baby is something we should tackle??
Any help/info/experiences would be appreciated!

I was on the Nov. 25th, 2006 cruise with my 7 month old. THey did not have activities for little ones. THe babysitting is extra and they are great. I wrote a cruise report named My 1st Cruise report 11/25/2006 (with the Banana Heads) All Done!! which is all about my cruise with my little one. Take a look and hope it is helpful!!
