I will go through the thread for the info posted here tomorrow but I have to get ready for work. Thanks for those who used the template in the first thread. The ones I could copy and paste were great!

I am thinking no set day for the exchange. Since it is such a short cruise I say just make sure it is delivered by the last night. Thoughts?

I put together a google doc that has the FE information on it. I'm a spreadsheet person so I was going to do it for myself anyways. Here is the link if anyone would like to use it. It's updated with the first post info that dmreed32 posted along with anyone else who has posted there info up till now. I set it up so anyone who has the link can access it.

Ive just finished making my FE gifts for the Moms in our group!
Need to figure out something for the Dad's… the girls will be easy. Seems like we have a lot of boys on the cruise
I updated the excel sheet with my cabin numbers.

On a happier note, in the last week we received our luggage tags and planning booklet and yesterday we received our Disneyworld tickets

A couple questions.

What do I have to print out to board? It keeps saying I have completed my online registration, but then other things tell me make sure I print all my documents. What EXACTLY do we need to board?

Also, has anyone travelling with a baby booked nursery times yet? How do you know when to book when you don't know activities yet?

Is everyone in first or second seating for dinner?

I am not sure if we would be able to fit a meet up on such a short cruise but we were hoping to do a mixology class if offered. I know some in our group do not partake in alcohol but wondering if we would have enough for a private mixology class?

Anyone have excursions booked?

Are you prepaying tips? I am going to try to add money to account, does anyone know how it works if you don't spend it all? Like how long until it would be refunded?

Anyone staying at WDW before/after? Where are you staying and what kind of park tickets did you get?

Sorry I have so many questions I just haven't been able to get on on an actual computer instead of my phone and when I do post in the main forum I sure don't get many responses

I do know how hard it is to keep a FE organized. I think we all are just SO excited for vacation and some are making their FE that sometimes we simply just can't wait! It's always on our minds and every little thing we do towards it, brings us that much closer and more excited! So thank you for getting it all started!!

To answer some of your questions, we are staying at the parks before the cruise. We will spend two days at Universal then two days at Pop Century. We were at Disney for 5 days last year and got park hoppers that we NEVER used! I was so disappointed spending that money! So the last night we hopped parks just to use it. This time, we picked two parks (HS and MK) and that is all we are doing.

I've just printed out the documents that we sign and will bring them, and our passports. If I remember correctly, when we get there they have forms to fill out (have we been sick, etc)

We have first seating. And we will prepay tips. If you use gift cards to put money in your account and you don't use it all they will put the money back on those cards so don't throw them out. I never have money left over , but that is what I have read on these boards.

And we are booked for the See and Sea Excursion on the Bahamas! We have never done that so I hope it will be fun. We did the Sea Lion Excursion before and although pricy, it was AWESOME!

Hope this helps, my babies are 15 and 17 so I don't know about the nursery and I agree, the crusie is too short to try to meet with all the other activities that we have planned.

Neither of my children had ever been so we HAVE to get to all four parks. We are also at the pop century from April 22-25. We are going to stay a night after the cruise but haven't booked anywhere yet. We got five day non park hopper since it was basically the same price as three days anyway.

I think you will do just fine with one park a day. I found it took us the day to get through everything and I am just not that organized to get from one park to another, knowing the closing times, etc. We will be at POP the same time! We check in on the 22nd and out the 25th too! Small world. We are driving down from Maine so we won't be on the bus which is something I will miss. I LOVE the bus!

Hi! My DH and I are taking our very first cruise. So very excited! We aren't going to participate in the FE, but I just wanted to pop in and say hello. We have had a very cold and snowy winter in the Thumb of Michigan, and this cruise can't come soon enough!

Will be staying at WDW just the night before the cruise and the day we disembark. 37 days to go!

I found it took us the day to get through everything and I am just not that organized to get from one park to another, knowing the closing times, etc. We will be at POO the same time! We check in on the 22nd and out the 25th too! Small world. We are driving down from Maine so we won't be on the bus which is something I will miss. I LOVE the bus!

We are driving from Wisconsin. Yeah the winter here has been HORRIBLE too!

For all of the first time DCL family's you won't be disappointed . This will be R 6th disney cruise. FYI if you come down day before there r hotels that you can leave your car park tHey will suttle you to the port. Alot cheaper then paying to park your car at the port. 37 days woo hoo
