We went on my birthday. We set sail, and at dinner that night they gave me a special Disney Cruise Birthday pin and a Birthday Cake! My parents spent the extra 40.00 (?) and when we went back to our state room they had decorated it for my birthday too!! It was really nice. I brought back the decorations, and have used them for both of my sons birthdays.
