Diana - I'm sure no one would blame you if you wore masks on the plane. Just make sure to get the right kind, a medical quality that will actually filter out the virus. I think they're called N95. I wonder if you can even find them anywhere now, or has there been a run on them and everyone will be sold out? I went to the local drug store to buy some extra hand sanitizer for the customer service reps here at work, and there were only 2 small bottles left. Guess everyone else here in town had the same idea.

I read an article yesterday that was trying to say that air travel isn't even really as bad as everyone says. I'll see if I can find it again and post a link.

Ok I have some FE gifts, but not sure what 10/11 and older boys like... I have to pack it since I don'tt hink I have enough time to mail it, or what do you think? If I did something like 3 day air UPS on Monday?

I just realized I was supposed to fax the medical form yesterday. Is that only
if you have a medical concern/condition? If everything is ok do I still need to fax it?

I believe you only need to fax it if there is a concern!! I have never faxed one and this is our 3rd cruise.

Hi Everyone! It looks like we may have had a change in how/when we deliver FE gifts? Has the final decision been made?

I can't believe that we are leaving in 10 days!

We have considered postponing our trip due to the Swine Flu but I agree with everyone else that this is a lot to do about nothing. The regular flu affects more people and all this really is, is a different strain. The symptoms are no different than the regular flu and people do die from the flu all year, there is just no media hype around it. I was advised by our TA to get a release from our pediatrician because our 7 month old has "chronic congestion" (for reasons unknown, still) to state that he is ok to travel.

We are going to try to meet up with everyone by the pool when we get on! I am pretty sure that we will be easily recognizable since we have the babies in our group!

We are so excited...We have had to threaten the 3 year old with staying home and even had to call Mickey to ask if she is still invited! HA!!! It works though!

Colleen we are making sure on the plane that we wash our hands use sanitizer and I am sure we will all be fine.

For FE gifts I think doing a few here and there would be great, spreading it out.

Just wanted to add that if you are looking for hand sanitizer and your target/kmart is sold out - Bath and Body works had tons. Great small little sizes that are perfect for your pocket. They were only $1.50 each.

We leave exactly one week from today!

Woo Hoo!!!!

We are driving down to Gainesville on Monday, spending the night and then going to Orlando the next morning. We will stay 2 nights at the Nickelodeon Hotel and then on to the cruise!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

Now while I am excited about leaving in a week.....I am a little stressed too...so much to get done! But it will all come together I am sure! At least I finally got a swimming suit!

I just know this is going to be the longest week ever!!!!!!!

I think everyone was on board with splitting up the days we deliver our FE's. Anybody think we should do a count of who will deliver each day???? Just a thought!

Welcome sarahgirl! I am also jealous that you get to take a solo trip. I may have to try that some time.

I agree about the B&BW hand sanitizers. I have a vanilla one in my car and love the fact that it smells of something other than just alcohol.

I hope you all have fun at "the World" next week. Somebody ride Space Mountain, Expedition Everest, and Rockn Roller Coaster for me K?

Diana, you were asking about FE gifts for the 10-11 year old boys. I saw something in the dollar store last weekend that I know my son would really enjoy and would be small enough to pack - whoopee cushions! I didn't think the rest of the cruisers on board would appreciate that though so I restrained myself.

I'd like to volunteer to go early with the FE gifts. We don't have big plans for excursions in Nassau, so probably some time Friday morning? Or possibly even Thursday night.

Can someone help me make sure I have the schedule of events right? I'm confused as to which night is Pirate night and which night is dress up/formal night. Is Pirate night after the Nassau day or Castaway Cay?
