Cruiseline gift shops

Can you pay cash for gifts or only use your kttw card? Will the Cruiseline Ship packages home for you like Wdw, for a fee?

don't know about the shipping -- but the gift shops are cashless just like the rest of the ship. I bought a couple clearanced pins (for trading) at like $2 each and couldn't pay cash

This is the only thing I'm worried about. When my husband sees the bill he may have a stroke. LOL I wish I could charge some and pay cash for some. I have the money saved and it sure would make it easier

honeychild -- i hear ya! I almost had a heart attack when I saw our bill

for our next cruise I'm buying Disney Dollars (with my Disney Visa) throughout the year and then after embarkation and things are a bit more settled, I'm taking my disney dollars and my Visa rewards card to guest services and have it applied to my account. In a way, starting off with some credit then.

I believe you can cash travelers checks at guest services up to a certain amount. That's what we plan to do for shore money. Also, I believe you can go to guest services and pay cash on your account throughout the cruise. We did this once with extra cash we didn't spend on shore and it helped keep our bill down

Honeychild, You can go to guest services and pay cash to your account and when that amount runs out your KTTW card doesn't work and you can go put more cash on the account , then he might be less stressed about the bill. TJHUTCH.

LOL, I was referring to the amount I am willing to pay for certain items. He doesn't mind me spending money, he just doesn't realize how expensive my taste can be.

I guess I'll just have to realize that on this trip "there are no secrets"!
