Cruise ???

My daughter and I have never been on a cruise but my parents have and loved it so I am thinking of booking a 7 night cruise on November 13th thru the 20th. I have been to all kind of sites on Disney cruises and have found some great rates booking with AllSeasTravel and I was just wondering if anyone had had any dealings with this company and if you would recommend them.

Nope, we just used our regular TA and she got us the best price we could get online or directly through Disney.

In August 2003 we booked our first Disney cruise for August 2004, using All Seasons Travel. We've had excellent service with them thus far, and they had the best price. Each month I call them to apply a payment to our cruise and within a day or two I get an updated account via email, then a week later I get regular mail with a paper update, which shows all of our cruise info and each payment that's been made.

Initially I had a miscommunication problem with an email quote I had gotten from one of their agents but when the owner Chuck found out about it he called me, we chatted on the phone for about an hour, and he took care of the problem completely to my satisfaction.

So based on my experience with them so far, I would definitely recommend them.

Also, before deciding to book with them, I called DCL directly and spoke to someone in their booking department and they said they do a large volume of business with All Seasons, as well as Dreams Unlimited, and have never had a problem with either company. Hearing this gave me the confidence to deal them.

We are using allseastravel.com for our feb 14 cruise. Great price and incredible customer service. Our reservation became complicated because several family members kept chaging things-from cabins to dates. At all time, Chuck, Sandy and the rest of the team handled all questions, problems and changes without missing a step.

All Season's Travel has become MY travel agency.
