Cruise video

I've gone out to the DCL site several times over the past week to try and request the cruise video. I fill out the request form and when I hit submit I get a message that an error was encountered when submitting this page. Has anyone had any luck in requesting the video recently? Is there any other way to request it other than thru the DCL website? Thanks!

I ordered mine over the phone 1800-939-2784 It has alot of different options you have to listen too. Once you get to the vaction planning part, you will have to speak your name, address, etc. Its really easy. I recieved my video in about 7 weeks. Good luck!!

Thank you! I called and requested both the brochure and
video. They said the video would be here in 3 - 4 weeks.

I had posted an earlier thread on this, but didn't get any responses. I requested mine 6 weeks or more ago, and still haven't seen it. What are people's track records on getting it? Should I be calling?

I was just wondering if they have changed the video at all this last year? Maybe with some Western info? (not that they had much info on the eastern stops LOL)

I am not sure if they have updated the video, I got mine last year 2001. As far as how long it takes to get, I recieved mine within like weeks.
If it is new maybe I should get another one , mine is getting worn out!!!

Hmmm... that reminds me, I did an online request for a video and brochure some time ago and haven't seen anything yet.

I just got mine in the mail the end of last week and having been gone this last weekend I haven't had a chance to watch it yet to see if there is anything on the Western, but I sure hope there is as that's the main reason I wanted it, I have the one from last year. I'll try to watch it later and post if it is any different or not.

We just got ours in the mail today and it does have Western Caribbean cruise info on it. It gives a little bit of information on the ports like the previous one did for the Eastern and the 3-4 day cruises. We requested ours about 2 months ago and just received it. I think they were waiting until they had the new one done before they sent them out. We requested one with the postcards that were given to past cruisers later and received that one within a week or so but it was the earlier version and this one is 2001-2003.

Hi -

No, mine only had the little book with all the cruise options and prices, cabins, etc. The same as the regular books have that you get from Disney or your TA. There isn't anything at the end of the video either about it. Sorry.
