Cruise Using Points ??

Ok, we are doing the 7 night this next week on cash. I would like to take advantage of the booking discount using points for a future cruise can I do that even tho I am not using points for this reservation???

WHAT booking discount using points? Using points usually ends up being more expensive than paying cash.

I second that. We had booked on board with a discount and wanted to try to cut some of that cost after we got home. We were going to pay for the kids with points and pay for the adults with cash. Because we were changing to points we lost all the discount from our on board booking and the price with using points would have actually been more than paying cash for all 4 of us. So needless to say we didn't change. We've used points before to cruise because they were bonus points we got when we bought in. We won't be doing it again especially when you are able to book on board with the discounts they offer.
