cruise travel outlet

Has anyone booked with Cruise Travel Outlet? I have been speaking with Karin Murphy from there and the price is quite good and she has been very attentive. I've tried twice (and have submitted by email again) to request a quote from DU. I spoke with someone by phone there today and they refuse to give a quote over the phone. I think I will go ahead and book with Cruise Travel Outlet but was hoping to get some feedback as I don't recall seeing this name on the boards. Thanks
