I have requested a wheelchair accessible room for an upcoming cruise. I chose an accessible room because I needed a room where I did not have to step over the tub and if seas are rough I could sit down and not worry about loosing my balance. Do I need to send in the guest medical information form?
I have never had to fill out a form when I have stayed at any Disney resorts.
I have limited walking ability and balance issues. I have a form of muscular dystrophy, CMT. I am going to bring my wheelchair because I don't know how rough the water will be with the rocking of the boat, due to the fact it is hurricaine season.
Have any of you not turned in a form?
