Does anyone know the ingredients of the Snowflake Drink they serve on Castaway Cay after Christmas decorations are up? We were just there and want to be sure I have ingredients correct. Looking to make a virgin version of it for a punch. I know it had vanilla ice cream, creme de cocoa (not sure how that fits in) and some type of coconut flavoring - maybe like in a pina coloda (?) Thanks for any help. Having a snowman party and looking for snow food/ drinks ideas.

I have no idea, but if you contact them they're good about giving out recipes. Let us know if you find out. It sounds yummy!

The snowflakes recipe and others are on this page:

I would also like this recipe. Could someone post it,please. I'm unable to get to the address posted above. Thank's Susan

Does anyone know of a nonalcoholic substitute for the creme de cacao?

You might try either a white chocolate syrup, vanilla syrup or maybe a french vanilla creamer as a substitute. Another thing that might work is Ghirardelli's White Hot Cocoa mix for the flavor. It has a hit of coffee but not much.

A company called DaVinci sells white chocolate syrup. Check at gourmet food shops. Ghirardelli has it too but only sells it in big bottles. You might ask at local Starbuck's shops also since many sell flavored syrups.

Does anyone know where I can find coconut cream? I found coconut milk, but don't think that is the same.

Also, what type of rum would be used - clear, light, dark?

Thanks!

Look for the coconut cream where your store stocks items for cocktails if it's not in the baking aisle. It is different from coconut milk.

As for the rum, you might want to try the light or gold rum for flavor without much color change.
