Cruise Ship Adjustment

I found there were parts of the ship I felt it worse than others. The thing that seemed to help me the most is convincing my brain of that sensation of motion. For example, leaning on the wall or a hand on a rail where you can feel the vibrations or going outside to feel the air. Where the motion is more pronounced, it didn't bother me as much as when it was just slight and my body and brain were saying two different things.

I could feel it on the lounger in the rainforest room one night on the Wish, but because I couldn't see evidence the ship was moving, my brain hated me.

I've never really had a problem in 32 cruises. I do feel the movement of the ship, and I enjoy it at times. I did get vertigo for 3 weeks after a 5 night Bermuda cruise in 2018, but I also blame that on allergies. Its a interesting story.
