I've never been one who wanted to cruise, but the Disney name enticed me and I recently went on my first one (4 day) I LOVED it so much!! We ended up booking a 7 day for next May and, I emailed my parents and talked them into a 4 day for this November/December!! It's been said, you can do as MUCH or as little as you want.

this doesn't include relaxing in the comfy chairs on deck 4. watching the sunrise/sunset, relaxing on the deck 7 aft overlook, meeting characters, eating, eating some more, swimming, the spa services, did i mention eating?, sports on the sports deck, espn sports room, eating some more, on some nights there are big stage shows (disney style) or magicians/comedians....
it's a BLAST! I can't believe I went from "i never want to take a cruise" to "4 days isn't going to be long enough" within 24 hours of sailing!!!!
