Thank you, thank you, thank you....not only are you good, but you're fast...thanks for doing that...

I saw one that the names were in a tropical print with the names Heidi and Don.

I would LOVE to have this one with the Names - Tracy & Joe

I am VERY new here and at this so any info on the proper way this is to be done would be appreciated!!!

Thanks!!!

PS. There are a few more that I love but I will wait to see the proper way to request!!!!

Once you get the design do you print them out on some kind of magnet paper?? I have never seen this, so I am not sure.

The names fills are done by Milliepie and currently she is unable to do any disigning due to a huge move. She has a link to her 4shared files and photobucket album at the bottom of each of her posts, and you just might find your names already done in there from a previous requests by someone with the same names. The very first post on the first page of this thread is the easiest way to get to that link. As for requesting, you are doing the right thing. If you happen to notice who the disign was originally posted by, that would be the creator of that particular disign. Jordak actually has his name hidden in each of his disigns which is pretty cool. He and I too have links to our disigns at the bottom of each of our posts.

Then for printing. You can print them onto magnetic paper made for printers. This can be found in any stationary store (even walmart), in the stationary, computer papers section. I find them very pricy though. So what I do and it works fabulously for me, is to print them onto white cardstock, then I like to laminate mine but you don't have to do that, then I put thick peel and stick adhesive magnets on the backs (I pick these up from our local dollar store). Much more economical to do it this way, especially if you are making a lot of magnets, and this way, too there is room for error without it costing you an expensive magnetic sheet. :) Let us know what we can make for you, and if you have any other questions, just ask. :)

Dear tjbaggott,

Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!!! I so greatly appreciate the images that you made for me. I can hardly wait to print them off. If there is anything I can do for you or milliepie just float me a note. Moving can be very hard (especially with kids)---we have moved 5 times in 14 years of marriage.

Thank you again!!!!

tjbaggott!!!!

THANK YOU so much for the info. I have looked at those images and WOW!!! I WISH I was that talented!!

Would you be able to make one of the Mickey and Minnie in the beach chairs with their back to us looking out at a cruise ship with the names Tracy & Joe and Disney Dream, for me??? I REALLY can't wait to get started on all of these magnets!!

It is so nice of your guys to do this for people!!

Here's some new ones I started on this afternoon. The text and Color can be changed to WHATEVER anyone wants written there. I have a selection of backgrounds too, something for each ship.

Oh my goodness. You are so very talented not to mention unselfish to share all of your talent with everyone! I absolutely love your work and only wish I had 1 ounce of your skills! Could I possibly get the image above but with the gold and red colors for the mickey head outline (like the one that says Baggott's Family 3rd Cruise). For the wording I'm thinking of something like this.... Our Wish Came True...The Wynn Family's 4th and 5th "B2B" Cruise and if possible throw in 4/10/2011 & 4/14/2011 unless it looks too crowded!

And if possible one for our friends.... The Atkinson Family's 5th & 6th "B2B" Cruise with the same dates.

No rush on these because as you can see we won't need them for quite a few more months ! :goodvibes Thank you so very much!

Jordak, I don't know if I have mentioned this before or not, but I love how you hide your name in each magnet you do!!

Me too! It's kind of like Where's Waldo? :rotfl2: BTW....Love the new disign. I agree, tail would be wrong. I did laugh about the thought of it laying on the ground!

All of you are so talented! I tried to make a design for our Panama Canal cruise and just couldn't quite create the image I had in my head.

Jordak,
May I please have the following designs...

1. Mickey/Minnie in beach chairs holding Mickey Bars and little Minnie building sand castle - Rob and Dawn 14th Anniversary Double Dip August 8-13,2010 (can you place a Pina Coloda on each table beside Mickey and Minnie?)

2. Mickey and Minnie driving off to the cruise - Happy Anniversary Rob and Dawn - 14 Years - Wonder - 2010

3. Ok, here is my big request (if you are up for it!). Can you please create a design with many portholes
(maybe like your Porthole License Plates? or like a view of the side of the ship?) and have each of our cruise dates inside a porthole along with some portholes with characters like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, Stitch OR if you have any ideas for a completely different design to show our cruise dates, that would be fine too.

Here are our cruises (whatever info you can fit is fine, reformat the date, etc):
Magic Eastern Caribbean 5-12-2001
Magic Eastern Caribbean 4-20-2002
Wonder Bahamas 1-23-2003
Magic Panama Canal 5-14-2005
Wonder Bahamas 1-22-2006
Wonder Bahamas 11-1-2007
Wonder Bahamas 12-7-2008
Magic Western Caribbean 2-21-2009
Wonder Bahamas 11-29-2009
Wonder Bahamas 5-6-2010
Wonder Double Dip 8-8-2010
Wonder Panama Canal 1-6-2011
Dream Bahamas 11-29-2011

Many, many thanks to tjbaggott, jordak, millipie and shadowryter (and whoever did the ears - unfortunately I've forgotten your name) who made our door on the Inaugural Baltic Cruise look like this

I am hopefully finishing off my magnets for the Transatlantic early next week.

Wow!! I am just in awe of these incredible designs, since I have not a crafty bone in my body!! I hope I'm following the proper etiquette in making this request:

Jordak,

When you have a chance, could you please do one with Mickey and Minnie in the beach chairs holding Mickey bars, Mickey with an ipod and Minnie with a margarita, with 2 little mickeys and a minnie building the sandcastle with text in the sand - The Mannion Family's First Disney Cruise 12/29/10-1/3/11?

Also, do you have any New Year's Designs? I saw one in someone's signature on this thread with the ship with fireworks but wasn't sure if it was for a magnet and who had done it. The text would be something along the lines of - Sailing into a MAGICal New Year.

Thank you so much!!

Got this done much faster than i thought. Figured if i just recycle what i made for the porthole license plates i could save a lot of work. I noticed you did the wonder 11-29-09 cruise. I was on that one too. Good times! :)

The New Year one in the signature is one of mine. It is here in my cruise files. http://www.4shared.com/dir/L_tNKO3i/Disney_Cruise.html

I have some new year designs in my holiday files too if you would like to check them out. :)

That is BEYOND cool!!! Great idea! I would have never thought of it but fantastic way to show off your cruises.

The porthole one is pretty cool. Last night I tried my hand at making one myself to show off all our cruises but I used a map with little Mickey heads like pins marking the locations. Was going to post it on here but haven't mastered this thread stuff yet, maybe once we get back.

This is sooo amazing. Would it be to much to ask if you could make this one for the Cress Family and the bottom line saying "Bahamas 09-30-10". It's our first Disney cruise also. May I also say I love how you signed it. :lovestruc Thank You
