I would have demanded a refund and/or room upgrade.

You know, this could be devastating. All those ice cold beverages without their nice cold cooler. I would have led a mutiny - he says as he sits dringing his Sam Adams White Ale!

I thought they didn't actually "cool" things. I thought it was much like a cooler you carry from home that keeps existing items "cool."

this is our room for our feb cruise in 06. do you think they will fix it by then? i hope so.

and did you like the room? when i booked, i used a ta who had a group rate at the time and i did not really have any choices of the room. an earlier post suggests something that the wall is pushed further out? and it is close to the laundry, was that bothersome?
