cruise Embarkation form for children

On the cruise embarkation form for children there is a question that says "are you traveling with minor children?" and then following that it says "if yes, are you the parent or legal guardian?" How do you fill that out for minor children?

If they are your minor children don't worry about. If you are taking someone elses kids, you will need to fill that out so that you have permmision to take them out of the country.

For the children's form, I just put n/a.

On the children's form just put "no".
