Anyone having trouble printing cruise documents? I filled them out months ago, but didn't print them right away so I wouldn't lose them. Have always done this on prior cruises. But have gotten a "server error" message each time I try. Any ideas?

My best guess is that the DCL website is acting up again. I'd suggest clearing your cookies and try, try again. :goodvibes

I had trouble 2 or 3 days ago. Could not log in at first, had to reset my password, even though I had been logging in regularly since our cruise is now only 5 days away. Then once I could log in again, I could NOT access my reservation. Called DCL's website support, got a super nice guy, & we finally figured out that the "Error 500" message I was getting was likely because some of the info on my profile, which included an old address, was not the same as on my rez. He said if there are any differences in info on your profile/account, & rez, it can cause problems like that. You might try going into your profile & making certain all info is updated.

I will try both those ideas tonight. Thanks for the quick reply.
Am getting super excited as we leave in 18 days!

If you do access them, save them to your computer as a pdf file so that you can access them without logging into the site. When you go to your print menu change the printer setting to save as pdf.
