Cruise Docs - adjoining rooms - arrive separately?

We've got 4 people staying in 2 cabins that are adjoining. Cruise docs just came for my mom and my son who are staying in one of the cabins, but not for me and my husband who are in the other cabin. Is that normal? I thought they would have come at the same time.

Where are they coming from? DCL or travel agent?

We just had adjoining rooms and our TA sent the docs out together. We did receive, however, two packets of information, tickets, etc., one for each room.

You can call and check with whoever is sending them, but because it is two distinct packets, it's a good possibility that they get sent out separately. I seem to recall that adjoining rooms we booked directly with DCL once before came in two separate mailings. Certainly the confirmations did.

I agree w/rundogrun. We booked through a TA & our docs came all in the same Fed Ex package, but inside they were 2 distinct sets/packs. And I recall getting 2 separate confirmation mailings.

That makes me feel better. I booked through DU, but the package came from DCL. I didn't get them until Fri evening. I tried calling, but they aren't open again until Monday (neither DU or DCL). I'm sure they'll be here by Monday.
