Cruise deals with Disneys new Visa card

or park deals,, am exp use to have some,, not sure whats the Deal with Disney making Visa its preferred Card, they dont have

any travel offices, like am exp use to love the a/e white glove treatment,,,

havent found any pkg using Dis Visa Card yet ??

Still hoping that they put a carrot out so it will entice me to use the card instead of my Discover (I am SOOO happy with the cash rebate program).

Chuck - I was very annoyed with American Express because what they promised was not easy to obtain and I am glad they were ousted!

(My situation, in a nutshell, was that I paid extra for one of their advertised Disney offers, then had to go through hoops to get my Palo reservations AND although I was told I would get the onboard credit by both Disney and AM EX, in the final outcome, I didn't get the AM Ex. And it took forever for them to refund my money for it!)

I just hope the Disney Visa works better and that carrot comes out soon!

I hope so too Rae. I had DCL cancel the deposit I put on my Discover to use the new Visa so we could get the $50. onboard credit. I've been using the Visa to rack up points to spend while aboard. DH is still using his Discover but he does spend like I do.

I really do like my Discover Card for the cash back program. Since we have been using it, 2 1/2 years I've gotten $360.00 back and never paid one cent in interest since I pay the bill off in full monthly.

Now that's a good deal. In fact, my college son talked me into it and then I talked my Mom into getting one and she loves it too!
Glad all that money I put into DS is paying off!!!!

It is going to take a lot for Disney to get me to use their card rather than Discover.
