Tina, sorry I was not very clear about asking about the prices. I ment what are the prices for kids? I'm not sure the kids would have $40 worth of fun . They might prefer to spend $40. in the arcade but that would not take 3 hours (more like 3 minutes!)

I got a call from H&R Block about an e-mail I sent complaining about the way my taxes were files (or not filed)! They are going to refund part of the fee as well as give me a $50. coupon for next years tax preparation. So...I'm happy

Cathy...looking forward to the name tags again! You're right, they were so helpful!

Happy Friday everyone ....

Just wondering if I should give the Raddison another e-mai to set aside some more rooms for us. Initially I asked for at least 10 and they told me if we thought we needed more to let him know.
WHAT DO YOU THINK? They said they could save them till sometime in august and then they'd have to release them.

UGH ... have a foot of work to do on my desk....

We reserved our 2 rooms with the Radisson, however when I made the reservation through the 800 number they could not find our group code but I did get the rate. I think Rosemary had this problem also. Could you ask them why and find out if we should rebook or something?

It is raining here again, and it is supposed to keep it up through the weekend. We have had over 7 inches of rain this month. There were two small children killed in Tennessee the other day when their aunt drove into high water. She escaped. The children a girl 7 and her 10 old brother both died. They are still looking for the little boy's body.

Shari on the cruisears cruise Cathy made us logo's that we ironed onto tee shirts. Each person made their own shirt and they had a mickey in the logo. We didn't get put in jail or anything

RE the Raddison .. I'll get back with the person that gave me the info and rate and let you guys know what's up. When I made my reservation, I explained the whole thing to the girl on the 1-800 # and she had a bit of a hard time but then finally saw it somewhere on her computer system in a remarks section. BUT I will make sure it is real clear so that are no problems for any of us. I'll let you know if I need your confirmations #'s to make sure we are linked.

RE the name tags ... last year for DIS Cruisear, we had a Mickey clipart that was just like the Mickey statue in the MAGIC lobby. I had been told as long as you did not sell it and gave it away you were OK and no-one bothered us. Actually I saw a lot of cast-members reading them and addressing us by our first names. Some even remarked that it was so nice that we were all able to get together that way. I own an "official" Disney
Printmaster program and they have templates on them for a lot of stuff. HOPEFULLY we won't have any problems this year either.
I DID THE NAME TAGS AND GAVE THEM AWAY!

Mary, Ave, Kathy ... you guys can attest to DISNEY "checking up" on us at Sail-Away. Remember when they thought we had our own little stand and were selling the stuff we gave away. (As we all laughed when she walked away ... gotta pay for this cruise somehow! IT WAS A JOKE - IN CASE DISNEY IS READING THIS!)

Cathy did you get the cleaned up Mickey?? What I have been using is the paint program included under accessories on the computer. I open the mickey jpeg and then use the eraser tool to remove the shadow.

Shari our sail-away parties are a hoot as anyone can tell you. We all bring stuff to give away from our home state or bubbles and stuff and just swap it among ourselves. We give candy to the little ankle bitters, rug rats(children) as they walk by or give it to their parents. That is when the CM's come by and check on us to make sure that we are not selling anything and cutting into the Mouse's cheese

After 9/11 we all had small American flags that we waved when we left the dock on 09/22 for the first Cruisetoberfest.

And I still have exactly these small American flags standing in my pencilbox just left of my computer screen - They are such a wonderful souvenir and bringing back great memories.

We have another baby-giraffe in Frankfurt. She was born 0520am today and we could see the birth on a webcam - And we still have two more pregnant giraffes. It's a great year for our zoo.
