CRT-What time does lunch start?

I had planned to eat lunch at CRT at 11am, but the CM said lunch doesn't start there until 12noon. Is that correct? I guess it's due to the princess breakfast that the lunch time starts later than other restaurants?? I just want to make sure the CM was correct before I switch our schedule around.

Cinderella's Lunch is from 11:30 until 3:15 Perhaps on the day that you were trying to book 12 was the first avalaible time.

The CM said that the first seating was for 12 noon, and therefore the first available on that day was 12 noon. She sounded a bit unsure of herself and put me on hold to "double-check", so that's why I wasn't taking what she said as fact just yet... The 11:30 time would be better for us, thanks for the info.!

I looked it up for you on the Cast Memeber information page and it says lunch starts at 11:30 so unless something has changed and that has not been updated (the page was last updated on 11/2) she probably was just confused or the 11:30 times are already taken. I would call again

Well, that CM said the exact same thing, CRT starts lunch at 12noon! And I made it very clear that she meant that it starts at Noon, not that Noon was just the first seating available on that particular day. Maybe this is a new thing??!

We usually make a PS for 11:30 at CRT but there have been times that noon was the opening time. I think it has to do with how crowded they expect the park to be???

What is so good about CRT for lunch? We have been there for breakfast twice. Is it the atmostphere? What type of food do they have? Thanks!!!!

We're going there for lunch because my boys and I want to eat in the castle, and lunch prices are less than the dinner prices. We aren't interested in the princess breakfast so we don't need to do that.

We have found that many WDW resturant will set opening time at 12:00 early out but adjust opening time according to the crowds that they anticipate that day based on resort occupancy. We often make the first PS for lunch and have showed up 1/2 early to find the place open. I would make the earliest time they have now and ask them to note on your PS that if they decide to seat earlier to please call. When you arrive at the park that day, check with guest relations or the resturant its self as to exact opening time. Then adjust as necessay. We ate at CT for an early lunch but I just can not remember the time. We made our PS the morning we arrived at the park. As a mom of a DS too, let me say we loved the experence. Some of the princes were still there and DS got that kiss he wanted to avoid.

Yup, I've always made PS for opening-sometimes that's 11:30, sometimes 12:00. What's good? They have a chicken caesar salad that I LOVE!
