CRT Ressie Dilemma!!Please Help!!

Ok....DH & I don't own a credit card....so we made the reservation under my mothers name and charged her card as she is planning on joining us. Here's the problem...my father is very sick and we don't know what is going to happen in the next few months. If my mother is unable to join us-will they ask for proof of identity at the podium or can I just give her name and be ok?? Should I call Disney-we are now on the dining plan-can I transfer that ressie to my name-I'm so upset-so excited for this ressie...really don't want to have to cancel it...

If they have already charged her card then there shouldn't be a problem at all. Just be there at the appointed time and give them her name if that is whose name the res is under, or yours. They aren't going to know if she isn't with you. Things happen last minute all the time. Usually they make a whole new reservation if you call to change the number of people at the table and you might would loose youir reservation.....don't worry about it, it will be OK.

I have never been asked for an ID anywhere...including Cali Grill or other signature places. Just make sure you have a list of your ADR conf #. Have a wonderful, magical trip.

Make sure that if anyone cannot go, to cancel down to the appropriate number of people within the cancellation time. My understanding is you will be charged for everyone who was booked, not just those who showed up.
