CRT Questions - semi urgent

Tomorrow's my day to make the ADR for CRT for dd's birthday and our anniversary (same day Dec 1st!).

I think the menu has changed from the one posted on the allears site. While poking around on the Disney ADR site I noticed the lunch menu looks a bit different then while reading breakfast reviews on allears someone posted the breakfast menu had changed - she indicated they had choices at breakfast (from everything I've read it's preplated).

So has anyone been recently? If so was the breakfast menu the same as before? Preplated? And if you had lunch - has the turkey, ham, cheese sandwich disappeared?

Also does anyone know what time breakfast finishes and lunch hours start?

I had breakfast in January. You got 2 choices - either stuffed French Toast or something else that didn't sound that appealing to me (might have been some kind of fruit/granola-based thing, I can't remember).

Akershaus is pre-plated / family-style - everyone @ the table gets the same thing, and serves themselves from a community platter. CRT is not that way.
