One more question... We have dinner reservations at the castle around 8:00ish in June. I'm still a little concerned about getting there on time. Our flight comes in at 2:30ish. I think we can get there in time, but will we run into any parade, etc. that makes it difficult to get down to the castle even if we can get to MK in plenty of time?

Sounds like you should be fine to me.

If you figure 2:30 + 2 hours to get off the plane and get from the OIA to your resort. That's 4:30.
Now about 30-45 for check-in. We're looking at 5:15.
30-60 minutes in your room. 6:15 now.
45 minutes to go from your resort to the MK. That's 7pm.

I don't think of any parade that is going to take you an hour to go from the front of the park to the Castle. that would be insane. So really you've got about a half hour of wiggle room in their either way and this is just me going off the top of my head.

btw, I hope you enjoy the dinner. My DW and I did and she thought it was very romantic (we can't wait till our daughter is old enough to appreciate it so that we can take her).
