I am trying for CRT breakfast in mid-May, and we are a party of 4, with an option of having the grandparents join us. any thoughts on whether it is easier to get a table for 4 or 6 at Cindy's? Also, does anyone know if the Grand floridian is still doing their princess brunch, which they tried last october? many thanks for any input

I have heard getting a table for 4 is easier than 6, because any number over 4 meant getting a 2nd table. I would try for the 6 if you want everyone together. I've gotten PSs for 6 and 8 in the past without much of a problem, but that was calling at exactly 60 days out (now 90 days), etc.

I think the 1900 Park Faire event is a buffet dinner with Cinderella. Not sure if that is still going on.

Another option is the Princess Storybook Bfast at Akershus in Epcot. It's a very nice setting for a character breakfast and is becoming popular as well.

HTH!

as you can see they do have some tables for 6 where all your party can sit together:

Hello fellow Claire Mommy,
The princess meal @ GF is dinner now. I havent tried it but my sister did and she really liked it.
Ive done both breakfasts (Norway & MK) and I prefer CRT just a smidge more. Food was just a little better and we really wanted to see Cinderella. Its a trade off though because they will then, in turn, have a princess at Norway that you wont have at Cindys. Probably Mulan or Jasmin.
We had no problem getting a table for 6 on our last trip but I understand thats unusual. I would keep trying for Cindys but have Norways as a backup. Good Luck!! princess:

DH, DD1, and I loved Cindy's dinner at GF. It was more "adult-ish" than the other character meals. The food was different and tasty, and the characters were all from Cinderella. They were subtle and very nice. We also enjoyed PSB at Epcot, because it was not as rushed as CRT, and Mulan was there. (I like Mulan!) That being said, we did do CRT twice during that same trip, for DD1's benefit (and yes, she did enjoy it at that age). We will definetly go back to all three, if possible. If it was just DH and I , I'd skip CRT and PSB, and do Cindy's dinner 2X!

Unless Cinderella is a must, I prefer the PSB. I thought the food was better and not nearly so rushed.

Waiting in CRT you're put into a room and everyone gets a chance to sit on the throne and get your picture taken with the Fairygodmother. Unless you were one of those rude people that cut in line. Doesn't make for a good begining.

The breakfast took forever, yet the Princesses felt rushed. In PSB there is more room between tables and it is brighter on the inside.

If you must have the experience of eating in the Castle, I would reccomend lunch. The food is very good and there is a chance to see Cinderella but no guarantees.
