CRT-photo id

I have been to CRT 3 different times and they have never asked me for a photo id. I was just there in July. Has anyone been there recently and been asked to show a photo id? Is this a new policy. I just got CRT ressies and they are telling the guests to bring a photo. I NEVER carry my driver's license in the parks. I am afraid I will lose it and will not be able to get back on the plane.

While most people are never asked for it, they do reserve the right to have you produce a photo id. What they would do if you did not have it, I have not a clue.

Would my resort ID card be enough? At least it has my name on there.

wilderness01 - Do you have any other ID with your photo on it that is more easily replaced than a drivers license? For example, health club id, school id, pool pass, etc. That way you could have a photo ID on you and if it gets lost you won't be without your drivers license. I think they just want something with your name and photo to verify it is your ressie.

We have not done CRT since they've instituted all the new rules so I don't know if they really require one. I doubt they'd turn you away but it would be better I think to be prepared since they make a point of telling you when you make a reservation.

The ONLY photo ID I have is my passport and I really didnt want to take that to the parks. I guess I dont have any other choice

I have my new UK drivers license but other members of my family use a laminated copy of the picture page of their passport as id. It's also a good back up incase you lose your passport as you have a record of passport nos etc if you need to get a replacement
