Didn't I once read that CRT was going to start charging full price upon reserving? Did I dream that?

You read it, but it turned out to be incorrect for CRT.

CRT is still charging 10.00 per adult 5.00 per child for deposit.

It is all the dinner shows (Hoop de Doo, Spirit of Aloha) that have to be paid for at the time of booking.
