I have read that Ariel has been seen at Akershus a couple of times and my daughter would give her right arm to dine with her. We have seen her at her grotto at MK but a meal would be her cup of tea. We have done Akershus in the past and had Belle, MP, Mulan, Aurora, and Jasmine. We have also had Cinderella and her family at 1900 Park Fare. I was thinking to have breakfast in the castle since that was a new one for us but, she would love to see Ariel. Do you think it is worth doing Akershus again to get to see Ariel? Or is she a rare character at meals. Of course Dining will not guarantee anything. She loves all of the princesses but, Ariel and Jasmine are her favorite presently.

I don't have any statistics for you, but I know when we had lunch at Akershus last November, both Ariel and Cinderella were there! I didn't realize at the time how lucky we were! It was very fun for my daughter to see Ariel in her dress though. I hope someone will be able to give you a better answer and you are able to get the experience you're looking for. :goodvibes Good Luck!:goodvibes

From what I understand, Ariel is only in Norway for lunch. We did breakfast there last year and then CRT for lunch for my DD's 6th birthday. They were both great, but I would say the interaction at Askershus seemed more subdued and relaxed. CRT seemed much bigger of a room (not sure if it was just perception). I really enjoyed the Storybook Breakfast. The princesses sat down at the table, served my DD her eggs and I felt seemed more attentive then at CRT. Just my opinion.
