We had lunch at CRT in October. While we loved the atmosphere and the food - we think this is a must do at least once - we thought the character interaction wasn't the greatest. First, the only time you get to spend with Cinderella is for the photo shoot before the meal. Cinderella does not appear upstairs in the restaurant. While the CM who was playing her was very personable with the girls, the handlers were keeping everyone moving along and not allowing anymore time than for the photos and an autograph. For the dinner itself Belle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Ariel were present (I have heard that sometimes Jasmine or Mary Poppins appear instead of one of the others). Again, we found the character interaction much like an assembly line. The princess would be announced and then make her way to each table to sign the autographs and snap a quick pic, then on to the next table. As I said, though, I think this is a must do at least once for the experience of eating in the castle.
