CRT lunch menu

I'm a first time Disney visitor.I have a reservation for CRT lunch.We eat only chicken and veggies and don't eat pork and beef .The menu on the websites doesn't explain all the items in lunch.Do we have option to choose items or we'll have a set menu??

When we went last year to Lunch we had a chioice of several different options including chicken. I believe they also had a vegetarian option. It was a GREAT lunch and really enjoyed it, since we had one of that latest times for lunch, we did not feel rushed and the princesses seemed to spend more time at every table.

All Disney restaurants provide chicken, fish, and vegetarian options. We also do not eat beef or pork, and I've never had an issue at any Disney restaurant including CS places (except probably for Casey's in MK). Enjoy your lunch!
