CRT linked to DDP and drop dining plan?

Okay my friend made all her ADRs a few months ago linked to her package with dining plan. Now her DVC trade came in and she'll be canceling the package her ADRs were booked under. I know Disney won't cancel her ADRs, but will they now charge her for CRT? She hasn't decided if she'll do the DDP now that she'll have a kitchen.
