Why was my friend told she had to stay on property in order to eat at CRT? I have never heard of this. They are going Thanksgiving week, is there different rules at different times or is this new?

she would need a MK park ticket to get in MK to eat at CRT for one thing. surfweb: unless she is trying to book now for the Thanksgiving time date as when staying on property can book 180 out from arrival ---off property I am not sure how soon you can book CRT

Who told her that? I have never seen that anywhere. Tell her to try booking online. As another poster said, maybe it was during EMH, but I don't even know if that is correct. I thought you could make reservations anytime CRT is open.

Anyone can make an ADR 180 days out. If you are staying on property you can book ADRs 180 days from check-in for up to 10 days past your check in.
I think you friend was confused because there are no TS restaurants that are restricted to on-site guests.

When I made ADRs for EMH, I got a pop-up window that stated I had to be a resort guest to eat there at that time. (I am, and it didn't check, but maybe they do check when you get there?)

The thought coming to my mind is someone complaining to her that they couldn't get an ADR at at CRT on their trip because resort guests have the +10 on their side and it got lost in translation.

We have had reservations at CRT when staying off property before with no problem
